Arukore Simba Camp

No hills, no line of trees, just open grassland: Arukore Simba Camp stands in the middle of Serengeti National Park, 25 kilometres from the Seronera airstrip. The front of each tented suite is glass from floor to ceiling, so you can see the plain from your bed. On top of that there is a private terrace and a bathroom with an outdoor shower, its water warmed by the sun. The infinity pool has a bar you can reach without getting out of the water. The kitchen bakes bread and rolls fresh every day, packs lunch boxes for long game drives and, on request, serves breakfast out in the bush next to the vehicle. After dinner: campfire. Good to know: electricity comes from solar panels and is not available around the clock, and there is no hairdryer. And because the camp has no fence, a member of the team walks you to your tent after dark.
