Dream of Zanzibar

Uroa lies on Zanzibar’s east coast, and that is exactly where, on the long white beach, you will find Dream of Zanzibar. From the airport it takes about an hour to get there. You stay in a Garden Suite, an Ocean Suite, a Premium Ocean Suite or an apartment, and the soft sand starts right outside your door. The large pool looks out over the Indian Ocean, its water gently spilling over the edge. At the Blue Waves restaurant, the plates feature mainly local ingredients with international influences. Later, head to the Seascape beach bar or up to the Shisha Lounge on the roof. The Spa & Wellness Centre has massage rooms, a hammam and a sauna, and the air-conditioned gym is up on the roof as well. If you would rather be underwater, dive with the resort’s own PADI dive centre or go snorkelling.
