KumbuKumbu Luxury Tented Camp

KumbuKumbu Luxury Tented Camp is small: ten tents in the central Serengeti, around a 40-minute drive from the airstrip at Seronera. The valley of the Seronera River is considered rewarding for wildlife viewing all year round. The standard tents look out over the valley, the luxury tents are larger, and all have a private bathroom and a private terrace. Breakfast and dinner are served in the raised dining area with sweeping views over the savannah, and out in the field sometimes as a bush breakfast or a picnic. Besides game drives, the programme includes nature walks, cooking classes and evenings under the starry sky. And for early risers: hot-air balloons take off nearby at sunrise over the plains of the central Serengeti; lie-ins are then best saved for the midday break.
