Masailand Safari & Lodge

Two pools, two restaurants and no fewer than two pool bars: at Masailand Safari & Lodge, they evidently like doing some things twice. The lodge is in Arusha, about ten minutes’ drive from the Cultural Heritage Centre and just under eight kilometres from the Arusha Declaration Monument. The rooms have air conditioning, which nobody regrets after a dusty day on game drives. There’s also a sauna, a gym and a spa with massages, and for the evening there’s a bar with a lounge as well. The lodge opened in 2017, so it’s still relatively young.
