Ngare Lodge

Ngare Lodge stands on the edge of the Mto wa Mbu valley, and every room is positioned so that you have an unobstructed view. It is built in the style of the Maasai, with natural materials from the region, and inside and outside flow into each other pretty seamlessly here. You can choose between single, double and triple rooms, each with its own bathroom with warm water, a TV and Wi-Fi. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and if you have special dietary needs, just let them know. From here you set off on hikes, birdwatching, cultural encounters and, of course, safari. And if you fancy swapping the safari jeep for a more leisurely means of transport for once, you can simply ride a camel in the surrounding area.
