At the Bush Dinner, dinner moves out of the lodge and into the bush: tables in the open, lanterns, and the sounds of the savannah as background music. It is available to guests of the Four Seasons Safari Lodge in the Serengeti. Our tip: it works well for a last evening on safari; the hotel decides at short notice whether the weather is playing along.
