Ang’ata Migration Ndutu Camp
Tented camp above the swamp at Lake Ndutu
Around 800 metres south-west of Lake Ndutu, Ang’ata Migration Ndutu Camp stands on a hill above a swamp, looking out over the animals directly below the camp. The camp is mobile and follows the Great Migration: from December to March the herds pass through here, and the wildebeest give birth to their calves on the short-grass plains. There are twelve spacious solar-powered tents, including one family unit, each with its own bathroom, hot shower and a proper flush toilet. The cooks prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner fresh every day, and if you like, you can book a bush dinner, a sundowner or a balloon ride. In the evening, bush TV is on. That means the campfire, and by the way, you never have to change the channel.
